New Delhi, 05 June 2026: NTPC Ltd & Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (UPRVUNL) have signed a Supplementary Joint Venture Agreement {SJVA)-111for Meja Urja Nigam Private Limited (MUNPL), a JV Company of NTPC & UPRVUNL at Lucknow. The agreement has been executed for the incorporation of provisions related to the capacity enhancement of Meja Stage-II from 2×660 MW to 3x800MW in the Joint Venture Agreement (JVA).
The SJVA 111wassignedintheaugustpresenceof MD(UPRVUNL). The event was also graced by the presence of the CEO (MUNPL), along with senior officials from NTPC, UPRVUNL, and MUNPL.
