Shri B K Tripathi, CVO Coal India Ltd. Addressed the Session on ‘Mission CIL @ 2026-Reform, Transform, Perform & Inform at IICM, Ranchi

Kolkata, 04 June 2026: The Indian Institute of Coal Management (IICM), Ranchi was privileged to host an inspiring session by the Chief Vigilance Officer, Coal India Limited, Brajesh Kumar Tripathi, on the theme “MissionCIL@2026 – Reform, Transform, Perform and Inform” for Management Trainees, executives, faculty members and participants from across Coal India.

During his thought-provoking address, Sir highlighted Coal India’s journey of excellence, the importance of continuous reforms, digital transformation, value-based governance, compliance culture and ethical leadership in achieving organizational excellence. He also emphasized the pivotal role of young officers in shaping the future of Coal India and contributing towards the nation’s energy security.
