Bangalore, 26 December 2025: BEL and Astra Microwave Products Ltd have signed an MoU to collaborate on the design, development and manufacturing of advanced electronic modules, subsystems and systems for defence electronics and aerospace.
Focus will be on developing systems targeting critical technology domains such as Electronic Warfare, radar systems and satellites. This strategic partnership aims to strengthen efforts towards fostering indigenous design and production capabilities in advanced defence tech.
The MoU was exchanged between Shri Suresh Kumar KV, Director (Marketing), BEL, and Dr. MV Reddy, Joint Managing Director, AMPL, in the presence of Shri Manoj Jain, CMD, BEL, Shri B M Chandrakanth, Vice President, AMPL, and Ms. Niti Pandit, GM (Strategic Planning), BEL.
