Shimla, 10 December 2025: Shri Ajay Kumar Sharma, Director (Personnel), visited Arun-3 Transmission line works at Janakpur, Nepal to oversee the progress of the 217 km ,400KV Double Circuit Arun-3 Transmission Line. He also inspected 400/220 KV SAPDC’s Substation at Dhalkebar, Nepal.
During the visit, Director (Personnel) planted a sapling within the substation premises, symbolizing SJVN’s commitment to environmental stewardship.
Sh. Sharma congratulated SJVN on the completion of the substation works and stated that the transmission line reflects the strong synergy and cooperation between India and Nepal.
Sh. Ashutosh Bahuguna, CGM (Transmission Line), along with other officials, assured him that the transmission line team will complete the work ahead of schedule.
