Shimla, 02 December 2025: Rampur Hydro Power Station has set a new milestone by recording its highest-ever power generation for the month of November, achieving 95.3127 Million Units (MU)—a remarkable feat since its commissioning. This outstanding performance also reflects a three-month streak of exceptional generation during September, October, and November.
These accomplishments have been made possible under the continued guidance and support of the top management. On this occasion, the CMD, SJVN, Sh. Bhupinder Gupta, appreciated the efforts of Rampur HPS team as stated by CMD this achievement is the result of continuous hard work and excellence demonstrated by all employees. He further emphasized that the same level of dedication, quality, and result-oriented approach must be maintained in the future to ensure sustained progress and the establishment of new benchmarks.
The Head of Project, Sh. Vikas Marwah, stated that this achievement is the outcome of collective efforts in maintaining operational discipline, robust maintenance practices, and proactively responding to day-to-day challenges. He reaffirmed the team’s resolve to further improve performance and set even higher benchmarks in the future.
