New Delhi, 11 November 2025: Under the Government of India’s flagship Mission Karmayogi initiative, REC has launched a three-day, specialized training program. This initiative, carried out by the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), aims to develop a cadre of Master Trainers focusing on the “Rashtriya Karmayogi Large Scale Jan Seva Programme.”
The master trainers are being equipped with enhanced skills for greater productive efficiency and empathy in their everyday roles, a core objective championed by the CBC for transforming public service delivery.
These master trainers will subsequently disseminate this vital training to other officials and staff across REC, thereby contributing significantly to an overall improvement in operational efficiency and service delivery throughout the organization.
