APCPL Organized Vendor Meet-Commitment To Transparency, Integrity & Ethical Business Practices

Jhajjar (Haryana), 11 November 2025: As part of the observance of Vigilance Awareness Campaign 2025, APCPL, Jhajjar organized a Vendor Meet, reaffirming our commitment to transparency, integrity, and ethical business practices.

As per the directives received from the Government of India, to commemorate 150 years of Vande Mataram, the event commenced with the collective singing of Vande Mataram, followed by the “Deep Prajwalan” ceremony, symbolizing the light of honesty and awareness.

Shri Dilip Kaibortta, CEO – APCPL, inaugurated the event by lighting the ceremonial lamp in the gracious presence of Shri Joyotosh Kumar Dey, GM (O&M), Shri Mohd. Nizamuddin, GM (Operation & FM), Shri Arun Kumar, CFO – APCPL, Smt. K. Sreelatha, AGM (HR), along with HODs, employees, and vendors.

Integrity Pledge was administered by Shri Dilip Kaibortta, CEO – APCPL, reaffirming APCPL’s unwavering commitment to ethical governance and transparency. Subsequently, vendors were sensitized on the importance of vigilance awareness, ethical conduct, and anti-corruption practices.

The event was successfully organized by the C&M dept. under the able guidance of Sh. C Hari Kumar, AGM (C&M).

It was reiterated that APCPL upholds the highest standards of integrity and follows a strict zero-tolerance policy towards corruption, fostering a culture of honesty and accountability across all levels.

The discussions also highlighted the crucial role of vendors as strategic partners in APCPL’s operations and the significance of collaborative efforts in fostering transparency and efficiency. Vendors were further assured of timely and fair resolution of their concerns, reinforcing APCPL’s commitment to an open and trustworthy business ecosystem.
