Bangalore, 22 September 2026: BEL has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NIRNAYA Systems & Solutions Pvt. Ltd., which specializes in transforming complex technologies into streamlined solutions, to jointly pursue business opportunities in the domains of IT infrastructure, Data centers ,Cybersecurity, ERP, Healthcare IT solutions, AI/ML-based applications, allied software development and Analytic Platforms.
The MoU was exchanged between Ms. Anuradha Mahur, GM (Civilian Marketing) BEL, and Mr. Binay Pratap Shahi, (Co-Founder)NIRNAYA Solutions, in the presence of Mr. Manoj kumar Jain, Chairman & Managing Director, BEL & Mr. Anoop Kumar Rai, Director (Mktg), BEL and other senior officers of BEL & Nirnaya.
