New Delhi, 17 October 2025: NTPC delegation, led by Director (Finance) visited Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 16th – 17th October 2025 for the signing of an MoU with ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE), to foster collaboration within the ASEAN region. The MoU was signed by Mr. Jaikumar Srinivasan, Director (Finance), NTPC and Dato’ Ir. Ts. Razib Dawood, Executive Director & Head of ACE on 17th October during the ASEAN Energy Business Forum 2025 in Kuala Lumpur.
The MoU intends to strengthen the partnership between NTPC and ACE to enhance the acceleration of renewable energy deployment and clean technology innovation in the ASEAN region through capacity building, policy advisory support, and research & development. BD-International is pursuing various initiatives to enhance NTPC’s global presence and the current MoU will further strengthen cooperation with ASEAN member countries.
Founded in 1999, the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) is an intergovernmental organization established to promote energy cooperation and integration among ASEAN member countries focusing on sustainable energy development and policy alignment.
