Lucknow, 03 July 2025: NTPC Vindhyachal proudly congratulates Shri Sanjib Kumar Saha on taking the role of Head of Project (HOP), effective 2nd July 2025. A seasoned professional with an illustrious journey of over 34 years at NTPC, Shri Saha brings with him a wealth of experience, visionary leadership, and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence.
An alumnus of Calcutta University, Shri Saha holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a specialized Master’s degree in Power Systems from IIT Delhi. He began his NTPC journey in 1991 as an Executive Trainee, and over the years, has held several key leadership positions, demonstrating exemplary expertise in electrical maintenance, operations, and fuel management.
Throughout his remarkable career, he has played pivotal roles in driving excellence at NTPC’s stations including Farakka, Badarpur, Lara, Kahalgaon, Telangana and Vindhyachal. His strategic vision and deep technical acumen have contributed immensely to NTPC’s sustained performance and growth.
