Noida, 03 July 2025: A training workshop on Gender Sensitization and POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) was organized today at the NGEL Greater Noida Office. The session was conducted by Ms. Kena Shree, DGM (HR), CC-EOC, an accomplished HR professional and noted corporate storyteller.
The workshop aimed to enhance employee awareness and responsibility towards fostering a gender-sensitive workplace and understanding the key provisions of the POSH Act. Through interactive activities, real-life examples, and discussions on legal frameworks, participants were sensitized to the importance of creating a safe and respectful environment for all.
Ms. Kena emphasized the impact of unconscious gender biases and stereotypes that often go unnoticed but play a significant role in shaping a hostile workplace. She also highlighted practical approaches to promote gender equality and prevent instances of sexual harassment at work.
The session was well-received for its engaging format and relevance to today’s evolving workplace dynamics.
