Shimla, 31 August 2024: Hon’ble Finance Minister, Govt. of India has approved the upgradation of Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam Ltd. (SJVN) to Navratna CPSE status. It will be the 25th Navaratna amongst the CPSES. SJVN is a CPSE under Ministry of Power with an annual turnover of Rs. 2833 crores and net profit of Rs. 908 crores for FY 2023-24.
