New Delhi, 31 August 2024: The Ministry of Heavy Industries held its Annual Performance Review Meeting for the FY 2023-24 and Qtr. 1 of FY 2024-25 of CPSEs to evaluate the efficacy of the enterprises in fulfilling their objectives.
The review meeting was chaired by Hon’ble Union Minister of Heavy Industries & Steel, Sh. H.D. Kumaraswamy. Sh. Kamran Rizvi, Secretary (HI), Ms. Arti Bhatnagar, AS&FA and Sh. Vijay Mittal, JS (HEI) were also present in the meeting.
In his keynote address on the occasion, Hon’ble Union Minister of Heavy Industries & Steel highlighted the contribution of PSUs in Nation building and emphasized on timely investment in R&D by PSUs for their continuous growth & sustainability.
During the review, Sh. K Sadashiv Murthy, CMD, BHEL made a comprehensive presentation on the company’s achievements, performance and way forward. The Ministry in addition to evaluating the performance, also works closely with CPSEs to support their growth and development leading to Nation Building for achieving the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s vision of ‘Viksit Bharat’.
