New Delhi, 30 June 2026: Bank of Baroda presented a dividend cheque of ₹ 2,811 crore for FY 2025–26 to Hon’ble Union Minister for Finance & Corporate Affairs, Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman.
The cheque was handed over by Dr. Debadatta Chand, Managing Director & CEO, Bank of Baroda, in the presence of Shri Sanjay Lohiya, IAS, Secretary, Department of Financial Services (DFS), and the Bank’s Executive Directors Shri Lalit Tyagi, Shri Sanjay Vinayak Mudaliar, Shri Lal Singh and Ms. Beena Vaheed.
The dividend reflects the Bank’s sustained financial performance and its continued contribution to India’s growth story.
