Kolkata, 20 June 2026: NCL organized a three-day “Orientation and Introductory Sessions” programme for the 3rd Batch of newly recruited Management Trainees (Finance Discipline) and Executives inducted through selection from the Non-Executive cadre from 17th to 19th June 2026 at CETI/MDI, Singrauli.
The programme was designed to familiarize participants with NCL’s organizational structure, operational framework, policies, and key functional areas. The sessions provided comprehensive insights into Coal India Limited and its subsidiaries, NCL’s vision and mission, operational achievements, contribution towards national energy security, and future growth plans.
Participants also gained exposure to the operation and maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM), along with the electrical and mechanical systems that support mining operations. The programme further covered important aspects such as PSU governance, financial and administrative delegations, CSR implementation, HR policies, and CDA Rules of CIL.
Around 42 participants attended the programme.
