New Delhi, 19 June 2026: The 62nd ITEC Training Programme on “Leadership Skills for Women” was inaugurated with 24 participants from Iraq, marking a step towards strengthening women’s leadership capabilities through focused capacity building.
The inaugural session was graced by Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD, Shri M. Nagaraj, DCP, and Mr. Oday Hatim Mohammed, Chargé d’Affaires, Iraq.
Over the next two weeks, the programme will focus on enhancing leadership skills, understanding gender disparities, and equipping participants with practical tools to overcome challenges and take up decision-making roles in their organisations.
Through these ITEC programmes, HUDCO continues to promote women-led growth, leadership development, skill enhancement, and greater representation of women in leadership roles.
