Mumbai, 06 June 2026: BPCL believes that a resilient organisation is built on the well-being of its people. In the presence of Shri Deepak Jain, CGM Sports (HRS) CO, Shri V R Sudhakar, GM Sports & ESE CO, and Shri Brij Dutta, DGM Sports (ESE) CO, BPCL signed a three-year agreement with M/s 1to1Help to continue delivering services under RoshniPlus, its Employee Assistance Program (EAP), until 31 March 2029.
RoshniPlus is designed to support the emotional, mental, and overall well-being of BPCL employees, retired employees, and their dependent family members. Through the platform of M/s 1to1Help, beneficiaries can access free and confidential professional services including psychological counselling, self-help resources, diet and nutrition guidance, financial and legal counselling, career counselling, sports psychology, performance support, and psychiatric assistance where required.
As workplace and personal challenges continue to evolve, initiatives such as RoshniPlus play an important role in enabling timely support, encouraging awareness, and fostering a culture of care. By providing access to experienced wellness professionals and counsellors, BPCL remains committed to creating a supportive and wellness-oriented environment where people can thrive both personally and professionally.
