New Delhi, 03 June 2026: The Government of India has appointed Shri V. Packirisamy as Director (Commercial) at PFC. Prior to this, he was serving as ED – Entity Appraisal & IT at PFC.
Shri Packirisamy brings over three decades of extensive experience in the power sector and infrastructure finance. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in expanding the organisation’s operations and strengthening its appraisal and risk management frameworks, significantly contributing to the growth of PFC’s loan portfolio.
Smt. Parminder Chopra, CMD, PFC, extended a warm welcome to Shri V. Packirisamy on his appointment as Director (Commercial), PFC.
With his extensive experience and leadership in the power sector, Shri Packirisamy’s appointment is expected to further strengthen PFC’s commitment to supporting India’s energy transition and infrastructure development.
