New Delhi, 29 January 2026: RLI Vindhyachal organized a thought-provoking Core Value Talk on “Innovation and Learning” for senior leadership and senior executives, reaffirming NTPC’s commitment to continuous learning, adaptability, and innovation-led excellence.
The session was inaugurated by Shri Sanjib Kumar Saha, CGM (Vindhyachal) who warmly welcomed Shri Ashes Kumar Mukherjee, Former Executive Director (NTPC Ltd) along with members of the Senior Management Committee and senior executives.
In his address, Shri Saha expressed his pleasure at having Shri Mukherjee at Vindhyachal and underscored the importance of observing January as Core Value Month for “Innovation & Learning.” He emphasized that such platforms play a vital role in embedding NTPC’s core values into everyday thinking and leadership practices, encouraging collective efforts towards innovation-driven growth.
The highlight of the session was the insightful address by Shri Ashes Kumar Mukherjee, who shared rich perspectives drawn from his vast professional journey at NTPC. His reflections on embracing change, nurturing curiosity, and institutionalizing learning resonated strongly with the leadership, inspiring participants to champion innovation within their respective domains.
The programme also witnessed the presence of Shri Manikyan Suresh, GM (Maintenance & ADM); Dr. Binod Kumar Bharali, GM (Medical services); Shri Debabrata Tripathy, GM (TS & Projects); Smt. Ruma De Sharma, Head of HR (Vindhyachal); and Dr. Debasmita Tripathy, HOD (RLI) along with senior executives.
