Lucknow, 12 January 2026: Northern Region Headquarters organised the Regional Round of the 10th National Competition for Managers of the All India Management Association (AIMA) on January 12, 2026. The competition was held on the theme “Rise of the Intelligent Enterprise: Rewriting the Rules for Skills & Technology.”
The event witnessed participation from six teams representing NTPC Northern Region stations—Singrauli, Vindhyachal, Unchahar, Rihand, Tanda, and Dadri. The competition comprised multiple stages, including assessments, case studies, presentations, and panel interactions with the assessors.
Team Rihand emerged as the winner, comprising Ms. Mamta, Assistant Chemist, and Mr. Shuvdip Mallik, Assistant Manager (Chemist).
The event was judged by Shri Rajnish Rastogi, Ex-CGM (HR), NTPC & Director (Personnel & Administration), UPRVUNL; Prof. (Dr.) Vinod Chauhan, Principal, Shri JNMPG College (KKC), Lucknow, Shri Rajesh Jha, AGM (TS), NRHQ in presence of Shri Rahul Sharma, AGM(HR).
