Ranchi, 09 January 2026: Patratu Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited conducted a two-day training programme on 09.01.2026 Conflict Management and Negotiation Skills to strengthen leadership and interpersonal effectiveness. Renowned experts Dr. S.K. Acharya, Thought Leader and Development Strategist, along with Management Coaches Shri Ajaya Kumar Sahoo and Shri Girish Chandra Surdeo, facilitated insightful sessions. The programme covered understanding conflict, the Thomas–Kilmann Model, emotional triggers, constructive communication, fundamentals of negotiation, the Harvard Model, and principled negotiation. Shri Ashok Kumar Sehgal, CEO PVUNL, Shri Anupam Mukherjee, CGM (Project) , Shri Manish Khetrapal,GM (O&M) and Shri Ziaur Rahman Hohr welcomed the trainees. Participants from PVUNL, NTPC Pakri Barwadih and NTPC North Karanpura actively took part in the programme.
