Kolkata, 03 December 2025: POSH Act Training was conducted for the Internal Committee members of DVC at DVC Towers, Kolkata on 3rd December 2025. Led by Ms. Divya Mishra, Advocate & POSH Consultant, the session focused on strengthening safe and inclusive work environments.
Participants gained practical insights on compliance, prevention, and redressal mechanisms under the POSH Act. Chairman, DVC, Shri S. Suresh Kumar, IAS graced the occasion and emphasized the importance of spreading Gender Sensitization across the organization and fostering a safe, harassment-free work culture.
