Mumbai, 30 October 2025: The CONCOR and JNPA have signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on the development and management of Common Rail Handling Operations for all upcoming container terminals at the proposed Vadhvan Port.
The MoU was exchanged on 29th October , 2025, at Mumbai during India Maritime Week 2025 between CONCOR and JNPA in the august presence of Sh Shantanu Thakur, Hon’ble Minister of State of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Govt of India.
Shri Sanjay Swarup, Chairman & Managing Director, CONCOR and senior officers from both organizations attended the event. Under this MoU, CONCOR will act as the Common Rail Handling Operator, providing consultancy and operational support in rail coordination, infrastructure planning, and container handling at the common rail yard.
