Bangalore, 17 October 2025: BEL and The Indian Institute of Management-Kozhikode (IIMK) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance leadership development, management expertise, and business acumen among BEL executives.
The MoU was signed in the presence of Mr N Vikraman, Director (HR), BEL, and Prof Debashis Chatterjee, Director, IIM-Kozhikode. Senior officials from both organisations were also present at the signing ceremony.
The Professional Post Graduate Diploma Programme series has been carefully curated to help BEL professionals grow into mindful, resilient, and visionary leaders who can steer the organisation through the challenges of a rapidly changing business and defence landscape.
