Kolkata, 10 October 2025: South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) launched Coal India’s first fully women operated Central Store Unit under India’s Special Campaign 5.0 at Korba in Chhattisgarh. The facility will oversee spare parts supply and inventory management.
The initiative is yet another shining example of the SECL’s commitment to promoting women’s leadership in core industrial sectors. Under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji, the ministry is committed to empowering Nari Shakti through gender-inclusive organizations.
