New Delhi, 08 October 2025: NTPC’s Dispute Resolution Cell (DRC) is conducting a two-day program on “Dispute Avoidance and Dispute Resolution” at PMI. Shri K S Sundaram, Director (Projects) graced the inaugural on 7th Oct in the presence of ED (DRC), ED (PMI) & Former ED (PM & Hydro).
A total of 24 participants at the level of CGM to AGM in the areas of Project Construction, Tech Services, Project Engg., and Project Management have gathered for learning and knowledge sharing sessions.
The program features expert-led sessions on Contract Management, Legal Remedies, Fraud Prevention, and Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms, aimed at strengthening NTPC’s approach to effective dispute handling.
