New Delhi, 25 June 2025: As part of its commitment to creating a safe and inclusive workplace, RailTel organized a Gender Sensitization Workshop for all employees under its POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) initiatives.
The session was conducted by Ms. Jyotsna Batra, External Member of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of the Corporate Office. The workshop was highly interactive and covered key aspects of gender sensitivity, workplace conduct, and POSH compliance. At RailTel, we believe awareness is the first step toward empowerment.
