New Delhi, 05 August 2024: Our Endeavour to Empower the Divyangjan continues. In collaboration with Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO), another camp for distribution of aids and assistive devices was conducted at Yavatmal, Maharashtra.
Total 416 appliances were handed over to 234 EWS beneficiaries by Dr. Manoj Pande, Independent Director, REC Ltd., in presence of Shri B R Chavan, District Social Welfare Officer, Yavatmal and Shri Suman Ekka, General Manager, REC Ltd. The assistive devices will enable the Divyangjan to lead a life of greater independence.
