New Delhi, 14 June 2024: NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL) has signed an Unsecured Green Term Loan agreement with 15 years tenor and annual repayment for an amount of ₹ 3,500 Crores with the Punjab National Bank. The Loan can be used for meeting capital expenditure on any ongoing/new projects of NTPC REL. The Facility agreements were signed on 13th of June 2024 in the presence of Shri Sarit Maheshwari , CEO, NTPC REL & Shri Neeraj Sharma, CFO NTPC REL, and senior officials from Punjab National Bank.
