Chennai, 03 May 2024: His Eexcellency Sardor Rustambaev, Ambassador of Uzbekistan to India, and Lt Col Muhammad Tuhtanazarov, Military Attaché of Uzbekistan to India, along with the Embassy Counsellor of Uzbekistan visited BEL’s Chennai Unit today.
H.E. Sardor Rustambaev lauded the efforts of BEL in forging co-operation with the Ministry of Defence of Uzbekistan, viz., UZTECHTRADE: in the field of tank upgrades for BMP-II, T-72 and T-90 tanks, and L-70, Zu-23 Gun Upgrades.
