New Delhi, 02 September 2022 : The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways for the appointment of Shri Capt. Binesh Kumar Tyagi, Director (Liner & Passenger Services), Shipping Corporation of India Limited to the post of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), SCI for a period of five years w.e.f. the date of assumption of charge of the post, or till the date of his superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
