Bangalore, 07 August 2026: The Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Bengaluru Complex has been conferred the Runner-up Award by TERI under the category “Restore and Protect the Community Water Structures” for its impactful project, Rejuvenation of Doddabommasandra Lake.
The award was presented by Sri. Raj Bhushan Choudhary, Honourable Minister of State for Jal Shakthi, Govt of India at a ceremony held on 06 August 2026 in New Delhi.
The award was received by Sri. Sanjay Agarwal, General Manager (CS/CO) on behalf of Director Bangalore Complex, along with Sri. Sanjay K, Manager (Civil Factory/ES), and Sri. Sachin S. V., Deputy Manager (Environment/ES).
