Kolkata, 29 June 2026: The Chairman Coal India Limited, Shri B. Sairam, flagged off the Plogging Drive organised as part of Swachhata Pakhwada 2026 at our corporate headquarters in Kolkata, in the presence of Director (HR) Dr. Vinay Ranjan, Director (Finance) Shri Mukesh Agrawal, Director (Business Development) Shri Asheesh Kumar, Chief Vigilance Officer, Shri Brajesh Kumar Tripathy, members of CILOWS, and employees.
Students from Madurdaha Satyavriti Vidyalaya joined hands with us in this initiative, spreading the message of cleanliness and environmental responsibility.
In line with this campaign, a series of competitions has also been organized for employees at our corporate office, as well as for the wards and spouses of employees at the Rohini Coal India Housing Complex.
