New Delhi, 23 June 2026: Radar SBU of BEL Ghaziabad Complex and BEL Chennai Unit have been awarded the Green Channel Status (GCS) Certification for certain Army Products. The certificate was handed over by Mr. N. Manoharan (DG, DGQA) in the presence of ADG(R&S) & other senior officers of DGQA. Mr. Dheeraj Talwar (GM-Radar) and Ms. Anuradha Mahur (AGM-Quality) Received the GCS Certificate for Radar SBU.
Mr. Jayandran I (GM-Chennai) and Mr. K Rathnasabapathy Sr DGM(QM)Received the GCS Certificate for Chennai Unit. This achievement reflects the Government’s commitment towards ease of doing business and the mutual trust reposed in BEL manufactured equipments. It marks a significant step towards self reliance and strengthens the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat in defence manufacturing.
