Mumbai, 28 May 2026: Shri Pushp Kumar Nayar has taken over as Director (Human Resources) of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited. With over 35 years of diverse experience across Retail, Lubricants, and Human Resource Development, Shri Nayar brings deep expertise in business operations, people leadership, and organisational transformation.
Over the course of his distinguished career, he has held several strategic leadership roles across business verticals and geographies, including a deputation assignment with Indraprastha Gas Limited.
Prior to assuming this role, Shri Nayar served as Executive Director (HRD), BPCL, where he played a key role in advancing leadership development, employee engagement, talent management, and HR transformation initiatives aligned with BPCL’s future-ready growth aspirations. His contributions have helped foster a progressive, performance-driven culture while strengthening organisational capability and effectiveness.
