Kolkata, 20 May 2026: The Director (Marketing), Shri Mukesh Choudhary, chaired the Central & Western Region Coal Consumer Meet for both power and non-power sectors at the headquarters of the subsidiary, South Eastern Coalfields Limited in Bilaspur.
Addressing the gathering, Director (Marketing) reaffirmed Coal India’s commitment to ensuring uninterrupted coal supply and meeting the nation’s growing energy needs. He also interacted with consumers and outlined various initiatives taken for the benefit of the consumers.
On the sidelines of the event Director (Marketing) also held a meeting with Chattisgarh Sponge Iron Manufacturing Association and consumers associated with the sponge iron industry.
Shri Harish Duhan, CMD, SECL, along with other senior management of SECL, was present on the occasion.
