Shimla, 28 April 2026: Shri Parthajit De, Director (Finance), SJVN Limited and Shri Mahesh Kumar Sharma, Director (Finance), NHPC Limited visited the 1500 MW Nathpa Jhakri Hydro Power Station (NJHPS) and the 412 MW Rampur Hydro Power Station (Rampur HPS) in Himachal Pradesh.
They were extended a warm welcome by Head of Project (Rampur HPS) Sh. Vikas Marwah, Head of Project (NJHPS) Sh. Rajeev Kapoor, Head of Project (Luhri-1 HEP) Sh. Vivek Sharma and senior officials of projects.
At NJHPS and Rampur HPS, the dignitaries visited the powerhouses and were briefed on operational performance, maintenance practices, efficiency initiatives and key financial & technical parameters of both the power stations.
Sh. Parthajit De Director (Finance), SJVN appreciated excellent generation performance of both power stations and commended NJHPS and Rampur HPS Teams for their professionalism and sustained commitment to excellence.
Sh. Mahesh Kumar Sharma, Director (Finance), NHPC also appreciated the synergy between operational efficiency and financial prudence at these power stations.
