Kolkata, 13 April 2026: The 3rd CIL HR/IR Conclave – Utkarsh ’26 commences at the headquarters of our subsidiary, SECL, in Bilaspur. This two-day conclave brings together HR professionals from all subsidiaries of Coal India to deliberate on evolving HR practices.

Addressing the gathering virtually, Chairman Shri B. He highlighted the need to adopt transformative, value-creating HR practices. He further noted that as Coal India ventures into new areas, it is essential to introduce innovative approaches in talent acquisition and manpower utilisation that benefit the organisation.
