New Delhi, 13 April 2026: HUDCO strengthens its commitment to transformative urban development through a strategic collaboration with NBCC (India) Limited. In the esteemed presence of Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD, HUDCO, and Shri KP Mahadevaswamy, CMD, NBCC, two significant MoUs were signed to fast-track redevelopment and asset monetization initiatives.
The agreements focus on the redevelopment of the leasehold plot at August Kranti Bhawan, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi, along with extending financial support by HUDCO for NBCC’s ongoing and upcoming projects under its self-sustainable model. The MoUs were executed by senior leadership from both organizations, marking a strong alignment of vision and expertise.
Over the next two years, this partnership will drive collaboration in techno-economic feasibility studies, construction, project management, and monetization of built-up spaces. By leveraging HUDCO’s financial strength and NBCC’s execution excellence, this alliance is set to significantly boost urban infrastructure development and contribute meaningfully to India’s urban growth story.
