New Delhi, 09 April 2026: Reinforcing India’s growing capabilities in integrated urban mobility solutions, BEML has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) to collaborate on metro rail projects in India and expand their footprint in global markets, followed by opportunities within India.
The MoU aims to establish a framework for cooperation between the two organizations, focusing on jointly identifying, pursuing, and executing metro rail projects. As part of this partnership, BEML and DMRC will collaborate in domestic and global markets, leveraging their respective strengths. The collaboration with DMRC aims to deliver end-to-end metro solutions.
The MoU was signed at the DMRC office in New Delhi by Shri Rajeev Kumar Gupta, Director (Rail & Metro), BEML Limited, and Shri P.K. Garg, Director (Business Development), DMRC, in the presence of Shri Shantanu Roy, Chairman & Managing Director, BEML Limited, and Dr. Vikas Kumar, Managing Director, DMRC.
Shri Anil Jerath, Director (Finance), BEML, functional directors of DMRC, and other senior officials from both organisations were also present.
