New Delhi, 30 March 2026: The 61st ITEC Training Programme on “Leadership Skills for Women” was inaugurated at HUDCO’s Human Settlement Management Institute (HSMI), marking the beginning of an enriching global learning experience. The programme was graciously inaugurated by Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD, and Shri Tekkam Sridhar ,Senior Executive Director.
Bringing together 24 participants from 14 countries — Botswana, Côte d’Ivoire, Colombia, Ghana, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Myanmar, Malawi, Niger, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, South Sudan, Tajikistan, and Zambia, the programme reflects a strong commitment to international collaboration and women empowerment.
The training course is designed to enhance leadership capabilities, decision-making skills, communication strategies, and confidence among women professionals. Through interactive sessions, workshops, and knowledge exchange, it aims to equip participants with the tools needed to lead effectively in diverse and dynamic professional environments.
