New Delhi, 24 March 2026: To promote the effective implementation of the Official Language and to foster the robust usage of Hindi in the technological era, the Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) successfully organized an “Official Language Technical Workshop and Official Language Olympiad Competition” at the HUDCO Headquarters in New Delhi, under the aegis of the Town Official Language Implementation Committee (TOLIC), Delhi Undertaking-2. The event was presided over by Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, Chairman and Managing Director, HUDCO.
The technical workshop—organized for designated representatives of TOLIC member offices and Hindi Nodal Officers from HUDCO Headquarters—was conducted by Shri Rajesh Srivastava, Joint Director, Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, who provided valuable insights regarding the technical and administrative application of Hindi.
Prof. Ravi Sharma (Delhi University) and Dr. Rajaram (Member Secretary, TOLIC Delhi Undertaking-2) served as jury members for the Official Language Olympiad Competition. This event proved to be a significant initiative aimed at further strengthening the role of Hindi in the workplace.
