New Delhi, 18 March 2026: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Dr. Krishnendu Kundu, Senior Principal Scientist, Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-Central Mechanical Engineering Research Institute (CSIR-CMERI) and Dr. Chandan Banerjee, Deputy Director General, National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE) to the posts of Scientist ‘G’ in the Ministry .
