Bangalore, 18 March 2026: A Colombian delegation led by Ms Angelica Verbel Lopez and Ms Angelica Marin Agudelo, Vice Ministers of Defence, visited BEL’s Ghaziabad Unit and Central Research Laboratory-Ghaziabad and visited key facilities including Antenna, Radar, SCCS and IACCS lab.
The delegation appreciated the innovative work carried out at CRL-Ghaziabad and evinced keen interest in indigenous technologies with potential opportunities for collaboration and exports, especially in the areas of Drone & Anti-Drone warfare and advanced security solutions.
The visit reflects BEL’s growing capabilities and commitment towards strengthening India’s defence ecosystem and promoting indigenous defence exports.
