New Delhi, 13 March 2026: The 60th ITEC Course on Sustainable Urban Mobility commenced at HSMI, HUDCO with enthusiastic participation from 21 delegates representing 17 countries, including Botswana, Bulgaria, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan, Zimbabwe, Nigeria and others.
The two-week programme marks a vibrant platform for global knowledge exchange on shaping future-ready, inclusive and resilient cities. Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD, HUDCO; Shri M. Nagaraj, Director (Corporate Planning), HUDCO; and Shri T. Sridhar, Sr. Executive Director, HUDCO, graced the inaugural session and set the tone for meaningful dialogue and learning.
The course will explore key dimensions of sustainable urban mobility, including land-use integration, public transport systems, EV transition, safety, inclusivity, institutional frameworks, and smart mobility innovations.
The objective of this ITEC programme is to explore the connection between urban planning, technology, governance and people-centric mobility and deliberate upon a unified vision for sustainable urban development.
