New Delhi, 01 March 2026: NTPC Ltd. paid the second interim dividend of Rs 2,666.58 crore for FY2026, representing 27.50% of the paid-up equity share capital of the company.
Shri Gurdeep Singh, CMD, along with the Board of Directors, today presented the second interim dividend payment advice to the Hon’ble Minister of Power and Housing & Urban Affairs, Shri Manohar Lal, in the presence of Shri Pankaj Agarwal, Secretary (Power), and senior officials from MoP and NTPC. This marks the 33rd consecutive year that NTPC Ltd. has distributed dividends to its shareholders.
