Mumbai, 01 October 2025: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the recommendation of Financial Services Institutions Bureau (FSIB) for the appointed of Shri Kalyan Kumar as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Central Bank of India for a tenure of three years. He is presently Executive Director at Punjab National Bank (PNB), will assume charge of his new role with immediate effect.
