Shimla, 22 September 2025: In a proud moment for SJVN Limited, Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi virtually laid the foundation stone of SJVN’s 200 MW Solar Power Project (GUVNL Phase – XVII, Khavda Solar Park) at Khavda, Gujarat.
Moreover, the project will utilize the vast arid land of Kachchh for clean power generation and help meet the renewable energy requirements of Gujarat.
SJVN, a Navratna CPSE under MoP, GoI has commissioned fourteen projects with a total installed capacity of 2968 MW & 123 km of transmission lines. The company is currently operating & implementing power projects across India & in the neighboring country of Nepal.
