New Delhi, 10 September 2025: The 28th Meeting of the National Joint Performance Committee (NJPC) was held on 4th September in New Delhi. The session was chaired by the CMD, NTPC and attended by Functional Directors, ED (HR), ED (PMI), RHoHRs, Central Trade Union leaders, Additional Apex Leaders and Union representatives from NBC units.
This apex-level forum continues to serve as an important platform for fostering a positive industrial relations climate, aimed at enhancing productivity and promoting total quality. The meeting featured constructive deliberations on NTPC’s business outlook and explored strategies to drive sustainable improvements across its operational verticals.
