New Delhi, 27 August 2025: RLI-Sipat is organizing the Certified Assessors Development Program (ADP) for the WR-II region from 26th to 29th August 2025. The program has brought together 26 participants from various NTPC projects, including Lara, Gadarwara, Korba, Khargone, and Sipat.
The training is being conducted by Shri S. K. Kakkar, a highly respected faculty member, facilitator, and juror for the EFQM/CII Excellence Models. With his vast experience in the field of business excellence, Shri Kakkar is providing valuable insights and guidance, laying a strong foundation for the participants’ development as certified assessors.
The inaugural session was graced by Shri Vijay Krishna Pandey, Executive Director and Head of Project – Sipat, along with Shri K. V. Prasad, GM (RLI & Simulator), Shri R. K. Gupta, AGM (CC-BE), and Shri Rajan Singh, Senior Manager (CC-BE). In his keynote address, Shri V. K. Pandey, ED/HOP-Sipat, emphasized the significance of the Business Excellence Model and highlighted the vital role that certified assessors play in driving organizational excellence across NTPC projects.
The program is designed to equip participants with the necessary skills, tools, and methodologies to assess and promote excellence not only within their own units but also while serving as Business Excellence assessors for other stations and projects. It aims to foster a strong culture of continuous improvement, high performance, and excellence-driven practices across the organization.
